For my Big shot open house I made some sample projects showing the versatility of die cuts! For this scrapbook page, I not only used the Sizzlits Sparkle die-cut but also the piece of cardstock that is left when you pop out the die-cut.
The cardstock colors are Apricot appeal, Green galore, Gable green & Tempting turquoise. The designer series paper is called Rainbow Sherbert.
This is a close up of the 3 Sparkle die-cuts. I attached them to the page with snail adhesive but the 2 way glue pen also would have worked.
This closeup of the other element on the page shows how I layered the negative piece of the die-cut onto Cuttlebug embossed cardstock. The center circles were adhered with a Stampin' dimensional.
All supplies are from Stampin' Up! except as noted.
HI!
I found your site by googling for the SU Petal Party SSK. I LOVE all your great projects!
I have 2 questions.....
#1 How did you get the letters to layer like you have? I have the ABC Serif set, but, I had to handcut each one to layer....UGH!!!
#2 Are you still blogging? It looked like you hadn't been on since June?
Hope all is well.
Anyway, thank you for sharing!!!

Hi Sherry!
The letters were cut with a cricut which has a shadow feature.
I haven't been blogging for awhile but hope to make time for it again. Unfortunately, it's hard with a 52 1/2 hour work week. Sorry it took so long to answer.
