I combined 3 challenges for this card to help me get all the challenges that I like to participate in done this weekend.
The colors (Chocolate chip, Barely banana & Groovy guava) come from Splitcoast's Color challenge 174. The sketch is Jen's Sketch for you to try. And the Our Creative Corner's challenge this week is to do some dry embossing, which is done on the banana cardstock. I used the swiss dot cuttlebug embossing folder.
The only stamping that is done is on the background. I used the tiny star from the In the Stars stamp set and Versamark ink.
The sentiment is cut with my Cricut using the Beyond birthdays cartridge.
I heat embossed the chipboard star with Choc. chip craft ink and Glassy glaze embossing powder.
Choc. chip 5/8" grosgrain ribbon & Gold brads are also used.
All supplies are from Stampin' Up!
You have done a beautiful creation and lovely layout.
Well just to drop by to say " hello " takecare and have a great day
Regards,
x
