It's Almost Here!

Valentine's Day is right around the corner! I made this "Love" banner to celebrate the occasion! Actually Valentine's Day has taken a back seat around our house since my daughter Elaina was born on February 14th, 19 years ago!! This is the first year we won't be with her for her Bday so I'm kind of getting into the mood to go full force with Valentine things.

The banner was made using chipboard coasters, Berry Bliss designer series paper, Sticky cuts letters, Fine Cosmo Glitter, Flowers from the Pretties kit, Jumbo Eyelets, Rhinestone brads and ribbon.

The glittered letters were sooo easy to do! Just pull them off the white paper, adhere them where you'd like them, then pull off the red protective coating (just like Sticky strip) and pour your glitter on top.

Getting ready for Valentine's Day!

This is one of the adorable projects that I made to send to my girls in college for Valentine's Day! I hope they like it! It was so easy to make using an empty clear plastic bottle. I covered it with stamped Real red & crimped pink passion cardstock. Using the heart from the "All through the year", I stamped alternate colors on whisper white cardstock. I added a ribbon and the tag from "Happy Heart Day". Of course the scallop circle punch is the perfect touch for the lid but of course you can't see that from the photo.
